Known Issues

Here are the current known issues for Islands of Insight that are currently under investigation by the dev team:

Daily Quests

• The following quests do not display the number of puzzles to solve:

  • Solve Flow Orbs and Glide Rings

  • Solve Light Motifs and Crystal Labyrinths

  • Solve Perspective Puzzles

  • Solve Environmental Puzzles

General

• Using the “I’m Stuck” button during a short blackout animation from Fast Travel may cause the screen to stay black.
• Teleporting to Warp Beacon while using zoom function may lock the Player’s zoomed-in screen after the teleport.
• Map markers may cause solid collisions on some puzzles

Location

• Lucent Waters
  • Gather No Moss – Multiple Rolling Block puzzles in the location do not zoom in correctly when using ultrawide screen.

Map

• The icon on the map for “A Snake in the Grass” (Serene Deluge) is the same for a completion and 100% completion.

Party

• A Party leader is unable to disband the party by leaving it from the Pause Menu.

• Joining a Steam friend from the Main Menu cannot form a party with the other player

• Some Friends’ avatar icons may be corrupted.

Performance

• Demo: Players who own the full game may experience a crash when inviting players on the Demo version.

Progression

• After returning to the game, progress on Enclaves has been reset but rewards earned from those Enclaves remain (Quest Progression, Mirabilis, and Sparks)
• Demo: After transferring their game from Online to Offline,  the Quest for Perfection challenge is not marked as completed in 100%
• Demo: The Two for one challenge cannot be completed due to a lack of puzzles
