Our team may ask you to attach your Islands of Insights logs to your ticket. These logs allow us to take a deeper look into your game which in turn allows our support team to better help troubleshoot the problem.
- Press the Windows Key + R to open the “Run” command
- In the text box paste the following: %localappdata%\IslandsofInsight\Saved\Logs
- If you are unable to find the above folder, please ensure that “Hidden items” is enabled.
- From your File Explorer, select the View tab at the top, and then check the box “Hidden items”.
- Click "OK" - this will open your Islands of Insight Logs folder.
- If it does not open the Islands of Insight Logs folder, it may mean that when installing Islands of Insight you chose to save your files somewhere else and will need to check there.
- The folder contains the “IslandsofInsight.log” file that you will need to attach to your support ticket.
- You may also find dated log files here. If any of them is relevant to the date you encountered an issue, we encourage you to attach these to your support ticket as well.
